With an implementation package, you know where you stand from the start. We don't count every quarter of an hour: we work actively with you to get your product live. Whether that's a few products or an entire organisation.

What do we expect from you?
A fixed price only works if we keep up the pace together. That's why we ask for:
- Short lines of communication — one fixed point of contact on your side who can act and decide quickly.
- Time to test — between sessions, you test what we have set up and share your findings.
- Supplying information — your products, prices, opening hours and house style, on time and as complete as possible.
Multiple locations?
First check whether you manage your locations centrally or per location. It makes a difference. If you manage everything centrally, with the same products, prices and way of working, we set it up once and you add up the products. If each location has its own range, its own staff or its own way of working, it is more work, and we'll look together at which package fits, or make a tailored proposal.
Frequently asked questions
What is a session?
An online session, usually via Google Meet, in which we take steps together: walking through the setup, making choices and getting your team up to speed. Between sessions, we do the setup and you test.
What if we need more sessions?
We don't count every quarter of an hour: the number of sessions is a guideline, not a hard limit. We work with you until you are live. If clearly new requirements come up along the way, we'll discuss them with you first, for example using individual services from the menu.
How do I count my products?
A product is anything you let people book: a hall, a guided tour, a lane, a boat or a course. Not sure about your number, for example because you have many similar products? Get in touch and we'll work out together which package fits.
We have multiple locations. Which package fits?
That depends on how you manage your locations. Central management with the same range, we set up once. If each location has its own range or way of working, you add up the products per location, or we make a tailored proposal.
Is the licence included in the price?
No. The package is a one-off fee for the implementation. You pay for the licence and any extra modules separately.
How quickly can we go live?
That is largely up to you. With short lines of communication and time to test, it goes quickly. During the intake call, we draw up a schedule together.
How do I order and pay for a package?
Choose a package and fill in the contact form. We'll schedule an intake call and, once you approve, send you an invoice. You don't pay online.
